About Me
“You don’t rise to the level of your goals, you fall to the level of your systems.” – James Clear, Atomic Habits
I’ve spent 20 years building systems that help teams turn ambitious product goals into predictable outcomes. My career began with an internship at EA Sports (Madden 2002) and has taken me through Google, EastWest, Native Instruments, Fender, and most recently as Senior Manager at Output. Along the way, I’ve led cross-functional initiatives in QA, release management, product validation, and engineering process improvement.
I have seen how world-class companies operate and how struggling ones fail. Those experiences taught me that lasting success comes from building systems that surface customer insights faster, reduce release chaos, and scale with growth.
Whether you’re validating product-market fit, scaling engineering practices, or building a quality function from scratch, my role is to design systems that make progress repeatable and sustainable.
